Neither ClearlyClear nor C2 Management Services, LLC is a lender, and neither makes credit decisions.
ClearlyClear is a program of C2 Management Services, LLC, which provides non-clinical administrative, marketing, patient-support, and treatment-planning support services (the drafting of digital treatment-plan setups under the direction, supervision, and final approval of the treating dentist) to independently owned and operated dental practices. C2 Management Services, LLC does not practice dentistry, does not provide dental or orthodontic services or advice, and does not set treatment fees.
All diagnosis, treatment planning, treatment, clinical decisions, pricing, payment plans, and financing options are provided and determined exclusively by your independent dental practice and its licensed doctors, who direct and are responsible for your care.
ClearlyClear’s planning group, led by a licensed orthodontist, drafts digital treatment-plan setups at the direction, and under the supervision, of treating dentists after treatment is accepted, before aligners are made, and for refinements.† No doctor-patient relationship is created between the planning group or its members and any patient. Treating dentists review, modify, and give final approval of all treatment plans and prescriptions within the Invisalign® system, retain full clinical responsibility and independent judgment, and remain the sole treating doctors. Case paperwork may be prepared and submitted administratively by ClearlyClear at the treating dentist’s direction; clinical approval remains solely with the treating dentist. The planning group does not diagnose or treat patients, does not direct care, does not give final plan approvals, and has no clinical responsibility for any patient’s treatment.

On ClearlyClear cases, the flat administrative fee includes Invisalign laboratory costs paid to Align Technology; case proceeds are settled per each practice’s administrative services agreement so the practice receives one clean deposit and does not receive a separate Align lab invoice. Exact banking and settlement mechanics are as set forth in that agreement (counsel-confirmed before launch).
